Lantower Midtown is a brand-new luxury apartment community located on 75 and a few blocks away from NorthPark.

I am looking for someone to take over my apartment lease due to a job relocation.

If approved, I will reimburse all application, move-in, and admin fees.

The lease ends on 01/17/2027, and I'm looking to have someone take it over by mid-May or sooner. I can have the apartment ready for move-in with a weeks notice from now until you need to move in. 

The apartment is very nice, and the community abides by standards of living that are higher than any apartment I've lived in, which is why I picked this community in the first place.

The community is pet-friendly and is very secure and safe. The community also has smart locks on every door to the building, including the apartment front door, making it even more secure.

The unit itself is on the first floor and has modern appliances that are Wi-Fi enabled and connected to a smart home hub that allows you to control several appliances from your phone. I work from home, and the Wi-Fi is very fast and reliable. Through a speed test on my phone, it is 400 Mbps download and 175 Mbps upload over Wi-Fi. Plugged into the router, I get 900 Mbps download and upload.

Packages are handled through a third party called Fetch. I was extremely skeptical of this service at first, but since using it, I have found that it is very reliable and convenient. This also prevents packages from being stolen and delivery people from coming in and out of the building.

There is a 2-story gym with better equipment than I've seen at the LA Fitness I went to before moving in. There's also 2 swimming pools that are clean and well-kept.

I've lived in 12 apartments in my life, and this complex is very close to the top of the list for being the most straightforward and well-thought-out community I've lived in.
