Rooms for Rent – Comfortable, Friendly Home Environment

We have one or two rooms available for rent in a clean and welcoming home. We're looking for responsible, long-term renters who want a comfortable place to live and respect a shared living environment.

Rent:
• $900 per month per room
• Utilities are not included (internet, electricity, garbage, water, and sewage will be shared)

What You’ll Have Access To:
• Full use of the home’s common areas (kitchen, living areas, etc.)
• Garage gym available for use
• A friendly home environment

Pets:
• The homeowner has one kitten in the house
• Unfortunately no additional pets are allowed

Guests:
• Visitors are allowed with homeowner approval

Lease Term:
• We are looking for long-term renters (1 year or more)

Screening Process:
Qualified applicants will:
• Participate in a brief interview with the homeowner
• Sign a rental agreement/contract outlining house rules and expectations
