Discounted room available for a resident interested in serving as the Community Manager for this PadSplit home. This role is designed for someone who is responsible, communicative, and takes pride in helping create a safe, respectful, and positive living environment for everyone in the house.

In exchange for discounted rent of approximately $120/week, the selected resident will help with light household responsibilities such as assisting with room turnovers, reporting maintenance issues, handling small tasks around the home, and helping the house to maintain a welcoming community atmosphere.
