Furnished Master Suite with private bathroom in South Eugene – Quiet Home, Short-Term Rental

We have a large, fully furnished master bedroom available in our home in the South Hills of Eugene. This is a peaceful, safe neighborhood surrounded by mature trees, with a nature path and creek running through the area. Our street connects directly to the Ridgeline trail system, making it a great spot if you enjoy being outdoors.

The room itself is very spacious and includes a private ensuite bathroom, two large closets, and plenty of storage. It’s fully furnished with a queen bed, dresser, desk, bookshelves, end tables, a sitting chair, and a TV—everything you need to be comfortable and settled right away. All utilities are included.
The home is a 3 bed, 2 bath house shared with just the two of us, who will occupy one of the smaller rooms. Tenants have access to the full house, including a fully stocked kitchen (with both a standard coffee maker and espresso machine), a workout room (the other bedroom), large capacity washer/dryer, and a backyard patio with a hammock and a quiet book nook gazebo up on the hill. Parking is available on the street or in the driveway.
Location-wise, we’re just off Willamette Street, so it’s an easy drive to downtown Eugene, I-5, the local hospital (Riverbend), and the University of Oregon. We are not directly on a bus line, and the nearest stop is about a 15-minute walk, so a car or bike is ideal for this area.

We have regular wildlife come through the yard, so if this would bother you, this would not be the right fit. If you're an animal lover and want to sit among deer, squirrels, and all sorts of wildlife, you will love it here.

A bit about us: we’re two working professionals (one physical therapist and one plant manager). We’re quiet, respectful, and keep a clean, well-maintained home. We enjoy crafting, hiking, and getting out on local trails. We do a weekly deep clean and also have a robot vacuum/mop to keep things tidy throughout the week.
We have two shy cats who mostly keep to themselves, so we aren’t able to accommodate additional pets.

We’re looking for a short-term renter—ideally a female working professional, traveling healthcare worker, or UO student. LGBTQ-friendly home is a must.

$1000/month – all utilities included, $250 fully refundable deposit given back within a week of move out – Available anytime between May 1st – July 31st. Dates are flexible, but we prefer at least 2 month commitment.
