This setup offers a private bedroom/ bathroom/ separate entrance/ parking space plus additional living space; giving you more room and privacy than a typical room rental. The only shared spaces would be the kitchen and the laundry. I have a 15 year-old daughter who also sleeps by the back bedroom so she’ll have to share passing through but shes only here two nights a week and every other weekend. We also have a dog named Shadow, She’s 10 years old and she is a Keeshond (like a 30lb Pomeranian) there is a community pool, we are located right by the Silver comet trail, and nearby grocery store and shops.

I am a dance teacher and work with kids 3-4 week so I am typically home throughout the day and work evenings.
