For the first three months, you’ll have the home largely to yourself, as one bedroom will remain locked while I’m traveling. After that, I will return and continue sharing the home, so this is best suited for someone open to a respectful, long-term roommate dynamic.

The space is ideal for a quiet, clean, and responsible professional who primarily works outside the home and values a calm, creative, well-maintained environment.
