This is a newer house in great location and is almost 3000 square feet. Quiet, clean, safe house and neighborhood. We are a gay couple renting two rooms. One room is now occupied. We are social but respect space and your privacy. Zero drugs or smoking, no partying. However, I encourage small gatherings, a bbq with the right mature group of adults from time to time.
