Hello everyone, I am looking for two housemates to rent out 2 bedrooms with in my townhome. I have 2 open bedrooms with a shared bathroom available. Downstairs is an open kitchen/living room with a half-bathroom and garage. Applicants must be at least queer/trans friendly. My home is very pet friendly as long as you clean up your pets. Noise is fine but do be respectful in the later hours of course. I do stream/voice act but I try to keep my volume to a minimum especially at night as I work mostly in the morning to afternoon. The home is located just a couple miles north of Downtown Woodstock which is a very lively area to explore. Rent covers room, utilities and HoA contribution.
