Beautiful 2 Bedroom house in Rutledge, Tennessee on Cherokee Lake! Fully furnished, Kitchen is fully stocked with all your needs! It has a Shower in one bathroom and a Bathtub in the other bathroom.  Enjoy the Beautiful Scenery also the Sunrise's and Sunsets off the Balcony deck. 
There are nearby Restaurants and Stores, 15 mins in Jefferson City, Tn.   Hospitals nearby in Knoxville and Jefferson City Tn. Also there is a Produce store at the entrance of  the subdivision , sells beautiful hanging flowers and mums too.   

We don't allow animals in house or on property and no smoking, please smoke only by fire pit! 
It is a very peaceful neighborhood.
