So you would actually get 2 rooms if you’d like, the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms for use as on office, project space, guest bedroom, etc. 

The master bedroom has it’s own full bathroom, shelving built into the walls and a very large walk-in closet. The room has two large doors that open up to the back patio/backyard as well.

The second bedroom is a bit smaller, has a decent sized closet and also has shelving built into the walls.

The patio and yard here are incredibly nice, great for just relaxing on your own and for get togethers as well.

I do also have a home gym with elliptical, weights, chin-up bar, etc that you’d have full access to using if you’d like!

As you may be able to tell from the pictures, I am a piano teacher and do teach piano from home. I’m looking for someone who’s willing to discuss how to make this work, not easy but this really is a great spot and may be worth it for some, especially if you work later into the afternoon.  

I typically teach here at the house on weekdays in the 3:30-7:30 pm range, with occasional lunch time lessons a couple of times a week as well.  I’m also a gigging musician, so I am often gigging at night on the weekends a few times a month.  

No pets or smoking at the house are really my only requirements.  I keep the place very clean and organized, so being able to keep things clean would also be something I'm looking for.
