I have a beautiful townhouse with a room for rent and a private bath for a female tenant. I have been in my home for 35 years. Looking for someone who is professional, quiet, and clean. I prefer someone who does not work from home all the time. You must be okay with a dog and a cat. The Living Spaces like the kitchen and living room can be shared but only at certain times of the day and there's also a laundry room on premise which is available. I live close to baptist hospital and also close to every major highway and extension as well as public transportation. The room is furnished with a bed, TV, dressers and nightstands. No pets are allowed no other persons are allowed. First and security is required and a background check and credit check will be performed. There is no formal lease but there will be a lease signed and looking for someone who wants to stay as long as they can. I am not looking for a short-term renter.
