Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to rent out the first floor suite of my townhouse. I'm looking for a short to mid term lease. I would consider anywhere between 2 - 6 months, with the possibility for extension if we are a good fit. The room is available on or after August 5th. I am flexible with move-in date as well. Rent is $1100/month and includes all utilities and 1 parking space. There is additional guest parking available and subject to HOA restrictions. The townhouse is in a great central location -  easy to commute to downtown Raleigh, North Raleigh, RTP, Durham, Cary, etc.
The room itself has a full bathroom, walk in closet and outdoor patio space. There is a queen size bed, dresser, 2 night stands, desk, and tv.  I can remove all furnishings if you want to bring your own. Please no pets. I will require a background and credit check.
I live in the home and work from the main level of the townhouse. The main level will be shared space with a full kitchen, family room, dining room, and half bath. The third level is private to me, other than the shared laundry room. I do have a 12 year old dog who is usually very relaxed and quiet. She won’t go down the stairs so she won’t bother you.
