Very quiet Furnished walkout basement with full bath and small kitchenette in laundry room for only light cooking or no cooking kitchen has new cooking microwave, electric stove over the ciunter, refrigerator, brabd new electric kettle and coffee maker ,some pots and limited dishes i also provide iron and small iron board.laubdry room is consider common area how ever no one use your kitchenette except doing laundry 
There is 2 storage in the hallway in common area belongs to owner
This is not hotel nor Airbnb unit you need to take responsibility to maintain it

I am looking for a professional responsible, trustworthy, clean and neat tenant and well manor 
I do prefer male tenant because of the back door entrance 
Owner occupied the upper levels 2 adults one may travel abroad most of the year
