Walking distance to anywhere in downtown, including restaurants, bars, gyms, museums, parks, the State Government complex, and more! 

Rent includes access to the building’s amenities, which include a stunning pool on the 9th floor, a fully equipped gym, two lounges with pool tables, wine, meeting and work from home spaces, and more. WiFi is provided by the building and included in monthly costs, as well as parking and pet rent (if either/both are needed), along with water. Electricity is billed separately directly by the company. 

Unit is available fully furnished, or with as much or little of the furniture as you want. I’m relocating for work and open to leaving whatever you need.
