The downstairs is shared area, with a fully stocked kitchen, an area in the front that can be used as a breakfast area, office, reading area or just an extension of the kitchen. The dining room seats 6, with an extension for the table to accommodate two more. The living room is spacious with gorgeous views of the intracoastal waterway. The tv has multiple streaming channels. All utilities are included in the rent along with a dedicated parking spot. The community of only 12 has a pool with a bathroom. This unit is a short walk to the beach as well as many restaurants and shopping.
