My home is approximately 3,000sf, large kitchen. 

*** The room for rent is 12ft x 13ft.  The closet space is 11-1/2ft x 2ft (depth).  The picture in my post shows the room as  furnished, but it is only a partially furnished room.  As long as the Roommate can supply their own bed, I have  other furniture items that can go in the room.  There is also a washer & dryer in the laundry room that all roommates can use.  ***The deposit amount is fully refundable at the end of the lease as long as there is no damage to the room/property. The Deposit can be paid in 2-3 installments, if that helps.

I have 2 rescue dogs that are indoor/outdoor dogs. None of us in my home are "partiers" and so I'm looking for a roommate that is not into the party/bar scene. My backyard is surrounded by a wrought iron gate.  This wrought iron gate has an electric gate that opens and closes with a remote (which will be issued to the roommate) that accesses the driveway which is where you will park; therefore, your automobile will have the added protection of being inside the fence.
