Hi and hello, I'm Chris! I’m looking for a responsible and easygoing subletter for my furnished carriage house while my partner and I travel from May 1 through August 18. If you need through the end August we can talk about that. The first three photos are what the interior will look like.

Monthly rent is $1,350 and that includes all utilities. I will pause most of my streaming services but will keep internet, netflix, and peacock activated.

This is a great little loft-style house with privacy and space that’s hard to find in Denver without being in a big apartment complex and more expensive. After living in Denver for years, it’s honestly one of the better setups I’ve found for living alone at this price this close to town.

• Small fenced yard with fire pit and seating
• Storage space in the shed if needed

• About 10 minutes to downtown and very close to the RiNo area/walking path/etc.

Important note: The queen bed is located in the loft and accessed via an attic-style fold-down ladder, so you’ll need to be comfortable climbing that.

I’ll be moving my clothes and some personal items to storage so the interior storage will mostly be available for you.

Finding someone reliable and respectful of the space is most important to me. My landlord will also want to meet and approve the subtenant.
