About Me
I’m a 28 year old professional. My routine is pretty consistent as I’m usually out of the house from 9:30 AM to 8 PM on weekdays. I’m clean, organized, and like to keep the home vibe chill and relaxing.

I’m a grab a beer and watch TV type of roommate, but I also value my own downtime. When I’m not working, I’m usually at the gym or golfing. I cook a few times a week but always make sure to clean up as I go.

Who I’m Looking For
I’m looking for another professional who is reliable, respectful, and keeps a similar clean as you go standard for the kitchen and living room.

Guests - Occasional overnight guests are totally fine.

Noise - I dont mind some sound or TV, but I prefer to keep things quiet late at night.

Smoking - Firm no smoking policy.
