Move-In Instructions – Welcome to Your New Home at Cumberland Lodge!

 Step 1: Confirm Your Move-In Date
Make sure your PadSplit profile shows your official move-in date. You will only be granted access on or after this date.

 Step 2: Entry Instructions are found in your dashboard

Please go to the office located in the middle of the property to receive your key from the front desk.

 Step 3: What to Bring

Towels and toiletries
Kitchenware
Personal essentials
Bedding (Bed Size: Queen) 

 Step 4: Rules & Amenities
Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 7 AM
Laundry: Laundromat with washer, dryers, and wash and fold service shares a parking lot with the property. 
Kitchen: Private kitchenette in each room with full size refrigerator.
Trash Days: Please take all trash to the community dumpster.
Parking: Park in the parking lot, no assigned spaces, do not back into spaces that are in front of units.

 Transportation Info
Bus stop is located directly at the front of the property.
Great for easy commuting around the city!
