The neighborhood is near 101, 60 and 202  highways, which means you'll be within 10-20 minutes of surrounding areas: Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Phoenix. 8 minutes to ASU campus. 14 minutes to PHX airport. 

Within 5 minutes to: Aldi, Sprouts, Fry's, Quick Trip, Walgreens, CVS,  UPS Store, US Post Office, Banks, Medical Offices, Restaurants, Gyms, Salons

One room per individual will be rented. One room will not be rented to multiple adults. No exceptions.

Good fit of lifestyle, schedules, and personalities is a top priority to maintain a great experience for everyone. Current residents work and are extremely tidy, calm, quiet and private.


House rules are in place to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that everyone can enjoy. 

No guests, no pets, no smoking (or burning of anything), no drugs, no weapons, no loud noise of any kind, no non-sense. 

Be advised, this is NOT an environment or neighborhood that is friendly to parties, squatting or other illicit/illegal behavior. 

Quiet hours 9p - 8a daily. 
Common area hours 7a - 10p daily. 

Separate utility area is accessible 24/7 and also has a sink and microwave for your use.
