Your new Co-Living Space awaits! Our recently-renovated Jackson home has a room waiting for you to call your own. This PadSplit has a unique feature of a Suite w/ its own Private Bathroom, a welcoming Common Room w/ Dining area, all of other Bedrooms fully furnished & are comfortable and spacious.

We provide all our Guests a few Gifts to say “Welcome” … Your own bed set of pillows, sheets, a blanket, & a few other surprises. Our desire is you can rest from the first moment you call our House your next Home.

The Kitchen comes equipped with 2 Refrigerators, Sink (w/ Filtered Drinking Water), Oven, Stovetop, Microwave all of which are recently Upgraded Appliances.

The Laundry Room just off the Kitchen includes recently upgraded Washer & Dryer and a convenient Laundry Sorting / Folding Station. 

The neighborhood is just a couple of miles from a Walmart, Dollar Store, Waffle House, Freeway Access, and more!
