The home features 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and flexible rental options, from private rooms to the full house. Each room offers comfortable furnishings, smart monitors, Alexa-powered speakers, and keyless entry. Shared spaces include two living rooms with smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, and pantry/fridge space for each guest.

I only rent out 3 rooms out of the 5. The upper floor two bedrooms share one bathroom and the basement floor room has it's own bathroom. I am occasionally on premise (i travel a lot for work and have another home in different state) in the basement floor and would share the basement bathroom. 

The highlight is the backyard oasis: a wood-burning hot tub, an invigorating cold plunge , and a Finnish sauna with hot stones for steam sessions. Add in a BBQ, outdoor dining, and a smokeless fire pit, and you’ll have the perfect space to relax after work.

Westminster’s quiet neighborhood offers quick access: 20 minutes to downtown Denver hospitals, 20 minutes to Boulder’s trails and Pearl Street, and an hour to Rocky Mountain National Park.
