I am in the historic district, downtown by the courthouse, there is a town square, one block over, antique shops and small eateries. Northcrest/Tristar is 3-5 minutes away , depending on traffic. Vanderbilt is 30mins away .
It is a 2400 sqft . You would have have full access. Good size kitchen.Side porch screened in , grill on other porch., and front porch has 2 swings There is and inside alarm, very good neighbors , if I can help in any way I will . I am easy going and Iam not loud . I only have a guest from time to time from a neighbor across the street for a couple minutes.
I am a 69 yrs old straight male , no drama, stay mostly to myself, I am social. I'm not around that much, either in my room, garage, or kitchen . I am a non-smoker/ non drinker. There is a large living room and a small living room, i do not use either one, you have the run of the house . You can make all the noise you want.I'm down at the other end of the house.I won't even hear you. It might be boring for you, it's quiet here , I'm  sure I'll run into you in the kitchen from time to time. Feel free to ask any questions, there are no pets here.
