I’m looking for a travel nurse (or anyone working in healthcare) who may be interested in taking over my lease for a 1BR apartment right next to Kaiser Permanente in Redwood City. It’s a great fit for Kaiser travel nurses because you can literally walk to work. The lease runs until Sept 30, 2026, and the new tenant would sign a 1‑year lease directly with management — not a sublease. To receive a $ 1,500 bonus from us personally, please contact us before contacting the management office. 

The apartment is on the top floor, very quiet and clean, around 800 sq ft, with an assigned carport, a large living room, a balcony with a Kaiser view, and a super safe community. Everything inside is still in great condition since we moved in September 2025.
