• Furnished smaller Bedroom-1100/month 

The Larger bedroom room on the second floor has a comfortable queen size bed, TV, fridge, microwave, AC, Dresser, full size wardrobe, study table, vaccum cleaner etc

The smaller room on the second floor has a queen size bed, Tv, two door wardrobe, AC, vacuum cleaner, and the fridge/microwave/ additional closet is next to the bedroom in the hallway.

On the second floor there is common toilet and seating area to be shared by both tenants of second floor.

There is a fully furnished living room in the basement having comfortable couches, large tv,dining table, laundry room, fridge, microwave, individial shoe racks to be commonly shared by all the three tenants i.e. the two tenants of the first floor and the basement room tenant. 

All the three tenants i.e. the two tenants of the first floor and the one in the basement room tenant need to share the shower/toilet/ dressing area on the first floor.

* The kitchen to be shared by the owner and all the three tenants.

The owner is vegetarian hence cooking non-veg will not be allowed but the tenants are free to bring non-vegetarian food and can eat on the dining table in the basement, or in their respective rooms,
but needs to dispose off the leftover immediately. 

The vegetarian food can be eaten on the dining table in the kitchen area.

* Electricity bill to be split between the owner and all the three tenants.

* One month rent in advance and one month rent as security deposit
