About this space
A 1920s adobe home carefully renovated in 2000 using only non-toxic materials.  The solid wood cabinetry, hard troweled plaster walls and stained concrete floors create a warm cozy environment.
The home is heated with a hot water radiant floor system and the city water supplied passes through a whole house filtration system before going to all the taps.  Also, a central vacuum system simplifies cleaning.
Summer cooling is provided by an evaporative cooler that moistens the air and cools the whole house.  Housekeeping comes in monthly for a deep clean unless other arrangements are made

Nestled in a quiet, walkable Santa Fe neighborhood near Second Street. Close to cafés, yoga studios, and local shops. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are just over a mile away. A soulful, peaceful retreat filled with character and care — perfect for rest, writing, or exploring the magic of Santa Fe.

The space
The property is composed of a front house and a front yard. The casita at the rear of the property is  where the owner lives. There is an inner yard between the two houses so they are not connected.

Guest access
The space you will be renting is the front house. It is composed of a living / dining room, a kitchen, two full bathrooms, one bedroom and our massage space that can be a second bedroom, office and a spot to enjoy the fireplace.  The front porch is a nice spot for morning coffee and the front yard has some nice garden beds that can be shared.

Beautiful bright tiled bathroom and kitchen — perfect to cook in. High speed internet. Spacious bedroom and closet. The front porch is ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Coffee shop within walking distance. Downtown a 10 minute drive. I really appreciated the homey atmosphere of Tim and Irina's home.”

“We absolutely loved our long-term stay at Tim and Irina's casita — the care and intention they put into the home and design is clear, and we were so wowed by the place, location, and home-y feel that we extended our stay as soon as we arrived. It's walking distance to some cafes and restaurants and just a short drive to the local trail systems and grocery stores. We've never stayed in an AirBnb that so quickly felt like home. It's impeccably clean, a great space for remote work (strong wifi!), cooking, and watching the birds from the front patio. Thanks Tim and Irina for being such gracious hosts! We could not recommend this place strongly enough.”
