Accessibility: This home requires exterior steps to enter. 
Parking: Guests can park their vehicle in the covered parking Lot #68. Additional Parking available in the non covered parking spots. No need to Register your car. 
Toiletries: Body Wash, Shampoo & Conditioner Handsoap are provided for your short stays. Restocking for long stays requires additional cleaning fees.

Must be at least 20 years old to book

Safety and Policies:
Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras: 1 located at the entrance door. The Cameras do not look inside and actively record motion.

Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Other Things to Note
Guests will have 24/7 access to the property, there will be no need to meet for Keys. Check in details will be sent after booking with all the information you need. For a seamless check in!

For longterm stays of 30 days plus, a short term rider is sent which will include a non refundable security deposit of $400 and is intended to cover risks associated with long-term stays, including additional wear and tear.
