Rent: $1500 + utilities(split) + Garage parking available at $150 monthly charge.

 - Fully furnished (negotiable), roughly 135 sq ft (11' x 12'), with a queen-size bed, a dresser, and a walk-in closet.
- It's a bright room with lots of natural light and is especially cozy during the fall and winter months. 
- You'll have your own private bathroom(huge), with some shared closet space(plenty). 

🏡The Space 
- The apartment itself is fully furnished, including the living area with a dining table, couch, TV/WiFI and a study. 
- The kitchen is also fully equipped with all the dishes and pans you'll need. I'm a pescatarian, but there are no dietary limitations for you—I only ask that you clean up after yourself in the kitchen.
- We live in a secure, gated building with 24/7 security. 
- The apartment building has a great gym, swimming pool, and hot sauna.

I’m a corporate professional and a sound healer/ yoga practitioner outside of my corporate life. Love nature hikes, mostly though I love my quiet space. Like to keep it zen, have a lot of plants too.
