About this home

I have a couple options depending on first come first serve.

A master with double sink private bathroom walk in closet and shower

I have 1 bedroom with shared bathroom with tub

Or I can rent out two bedrooms with shared bathroom with tub and I stay in the master.

Currently it’s me, my son 5yo his room is upstairs, his toys are contained there. 
My best friend lives here as well, she coparents with me. 
Monday- Friday we do the work and school thing, only home in the evening and in bed by 9 the latest. 
Preferably would like to room with another single mom.
Either way, we’re a really down to earth and easy going household. 
Clean energy, great vibes, 420 friendly.
