The suite includes a private bedroom with TV for roommate, separate bedroom for Thomas, shared bedroom/studio that is used as a kitchen/laundry/living room/tv room, shared bathroom, 1/2 shared walk-in closet, and shared front porch/gardens/creekfront.  Thomas is generally not in the common areas on his working days except for noon-1PM and 7:30PM-1:00AM.  Thomas sometimes has custody of a dog and occasionally has guests.  Property owners live downstairs and access in-law suite from time to time to help with minor repairs.
