The 2 rooms are right next to one another and share a bathroom. They are spacious and right outside the room is a coffee/tea bar with a refrigerator. 

This is a home filled with artistry and the tranquil garden is an extension of the home and is perfect for year-round enjoyment. The greenhouse she-shed is perfect for reading, working, or enjoying your favorite beverage. 

It is in a quiet area of Centennial Hills in NW Las Vegas. Less than 20 minutes from 8 hospitals and several physical therapy and other specialty clinics. It is nestled in with parks,, YMCA, library, shopping and restaurants. Outdoor adventures include Mt. Charleston skiing, mountain biking and hiking. Close to Red Rock climbing, and Floyd Lamb Tule Springs Park with ponds, farmers market and scenic trails.

Each room is $750 so $1500 for both rooms and the bath.
