Room will be for one person only, no couples and no family’s.
Room is a good size and you’ll have your own bathroom.
Located in a very nice subdivision in West Sac.
All utilities will be included in the price.
Room can come semi furnished (bed, tv and night stand) or empty for you.
Male or female no preference here.
I have two French bulldogs so you must like pets.
On street parking
Washer and dryer
Full use of kitchen
Additional private living room upstairs.
Would prefer a traveling nurse or something similar.

I’m a single clean and quiet guy who works out of town Monday - Thursday.
