About this home
I have a big house and an empty nest now that my kids are grown. Located just a block from UVM and the UVMMC Hospital. I usually rent out 1 or 2 rooms. There’s a nice PhD student living here now. Room for another student or travel nurse. There are 1 1/2 bathrooms upstairs which are shared. I prefer a female. LGBTQ welcoming. There’s a small kitchenette upstairs with microwave, tea kettle, Keurig, toaster and mini fridge. Renter may use the full kitchen occasionally for meal prep if desired. Washer and dryer. I foster cats occasionally so there may be a cat in the home. Ample street parking is available.
