New custom black out cellular blinds with side light guards is great for night shift workers. Over the cellular blinds are additional blackout curtains making is very dark during the day if you have to sleep. Bright and sunny when the blinds are up. This bedroom is located in a modern luxury 3 bedroom condo located 1/2 mile to MGB Salem hospital and walk to downtown Salem offering numerous restaurants, bars, parks, waterfront and the famous PEM museum (free entrance for residents - just show your lease) . Share with only one person, myself, a woman who works weekdays and I am the owner. There are NO OTHER RENTERS living here. Laundry detergent, bleach, softener, paper towels, toilet paper, foil, spices,saran wrap plus much more all included as a convenience. The third bedroom is used as my private office. Shared use of living room, dining room, kitchen, and use of front and rear porches.  Front porch has two comfortable chairs with ottomans and in another area a bistro table and chairs . The rear porch has a teak dining table and chairs. There is also an additional patio area with table and chairs for six. Quiet neighborhood with off street driveway parking for snow storms.  Most if not all errands can be accomplished on foot.  There is a small supermarket at end of the street. Looking forward to meeting you soon!
