About the current housemates: 
Hi! I'm the homeowner, I'm a WFH project manager with two cats. I also dance west coast swing and love to sew. The other housemate is a pastry chef & student.

About the house:
The house has gorgeous natural lighting throughout, a great size kitchen, fireplace, and plenty of storage. There is also tons of street parking (it's a quiet neighborhood), but the driveway can fit 4-6 cars. All bedrooms already have blackout curtains installed. There is a washer & dryer in the basement. 

Room #1 - Furnished w/ private detached bath, on the main level of the home. 

Room #1 dimensions: 12'x9'3"
Closet is 4'x2'11"
Rent: $1200/month

Room #2 - Unfurnished Basement Bedroom, shared bathroom: The bedroom has a big window and great light, 7' ceilings, and large closet. The basement also has a currently unfurnished second living room. The bathroom in the basement is BRAND new, just finished the remodel, and it would be a shared bathroom for two people.

Basement Room is 9'7" x 13'11"
Closet is 2' x 9'9"
Rent: $1000/month

Basement Living Room: 15'3" x 19'5"

Rent Includes:
- Wifi
- Utilities are included, up to a cap
- Extra storage space available (staircase closet, crawl space, attic, garage)
- There is an application fee of $25 which covers a background check & credit check
- Be prepared to show last two paystubs
- Security deposit is equal to one month's rent, $1000-1200

Pets: I cannot consider additional pets at this time.
