Hi! I am an easy going and clean person who is looking for someone similar. I am a nurse. You must be a nonsmoker  and have no pets, because I have two cats. We would have to meet for a get-to- know--you so we can assess if this is  a fit for both of us. 

I had trouble uploading pics,  but I could email them to you. Here is a description. The whole  condo has been freshly painted. The kitchen and half bath are tiled, and the rest of the condo has plank flooring. The livving rrom has a fireplace. There is a whole basement  you could use primarily for a  separate living and eating space. The basement also has a workout area with an ab cruncher, stationary bike, and weight machine. There is a full refridgerator for your own food. purchases.

Your access description. Your upstairs bedroom is totally yours and private. We share a full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. You can use the vanity in  the half bath  to store your personal self-care items and use it for your grooming. We will have to make out a schedule for kitchen use. If this works out, I may put a sink and bar down there to make it easier for separate cooking and living. The basement would essentially be yours, but I get access to workout daily with an agreed upon time. You can use  the washer and dryer.  We could  take turns cooking a meal to share once a week if agreed upon.

Some basic house rules that would require eviction if broken
1. No Over night guests
2. No drugs
3. No guns
4. The living room, office, and  my bedroom area are my private areas with no access.
5 You must immediately clean kitchen and bathroom  after use. 
6. Kitchen time is scheduled with allowance of two times per month for use off schedule,  which is to be adhered to.
7.You may schedule use of the living room, dining room and kitchen  once a month for use if you are having company and want some privacy.
8. No arguing  or disrespect is tolerated. Adult discussion is the expectation.. Leasor  is  the one who determines what is considered arguing or disrespect. 
9. Judicious use of water is expected.This means  running a bath only once a week if you choose and showers max of 5-10 minutes in length.
10. Washer and dryer use once a week for only your clothes.
11. Politics and religion are not topics for discussion.
This lease to renew will be viewed yearly
