255 Park Road, West Hartford, CT 06119

Room for Rent in West Hartford CT on Park Road in a first floor apartment in an old house from 1913 - walking distance to Blue Back Square, Trout Brook Trail, and Elizabeth Park (all at most within a 30-min walking distance). The renter will get 2 of the 3 bedrooms (I live in the 3rd bedroom near the kitchen) in the apartment  (ideally an office and the main bedroom - two rooms are in the first 4 photos) with shared use of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The renter will get the garage off-street parking spot along with access to some storage space in the attic and basement (access to washer and dryer included in the basement).

The renter will split costs with myself for internet, gas heat, and electricity along with half the total rent - which is in total 2,100 and thus the 1050 rent per month. Water, lawn maintenance, plowing, and trash pickup are included in the rent.

I have 1 dog, so the renter must be okay with a large dog (he is in the photos), and the landlord would allow up to one other pet in the apartment (cat or dog - my dog is good with cats as he used to live with one).

I am ideally looking for someone to move in on Feb. 1st though earlier is possible. For myself, I am a 36 year old male and teach history and game development at a local university and on the weekends I am usually off hiking with my dog or playing board games with my friends.
