Welcome to our recently renovated basement apartment, designed for a stylish and comfortable short-term stay. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, our space is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience. 

Monthly rent is $1,850 for one occupant and $1,980 for two occupants.
For three occupants (maximum occupancy), the rent is $2,300 per month.

Your Space

Entrance: A separate back entrance with sensor lights on the deck will guide you safely and conveniently down the steps.
Living Area: Relax in a cozy living room with a twin-size sofa bed and an indoor electric fireplace. This space accommodates up to three guests comfortably.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern amenities, an island for casual dining, ample storage, and a pantry stocked with cleaning essentials.
Bedroom: Your peaceful retreat includes a queen-size bed, two nightstands, a dresser, an ottoman with storage, a smart TV, and a closet.
Bathroom: Enjoy an updated bathroom featuring a stand-up shower for added comfort.

Additional Amenities

Laundry Room: A shared laundry room, separated by a locked door, is available on weekends at set times. Located adjacent to the apartment, the laundry space is shared with our family upstairs.
Lighting: The apartment is warmly lit with recessed lights and dimmers, creating a comfortable ambiance.
Shoes Off Policy: A shoe cabinet by the entrance encourages guests to remove shoes upon entry, keeping floors clean and well-maintained.
Parking: Street parking is conveniently available right in front of the house or across the street.

Blackout Shades: Rest easy with blackout shades in the bedroom, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Local Attractions: Just 25 minutes from Newark Airport, the apartment is close to hospitals, shopping, dining, parks, and the popular Jersey Gardens Mall.

House Rules

Noise: Please respect quiet hours after 9 pm.
Furniture: To preserve the apartments condition, additional furniture is not permitted. If adjustments are needed, please lift items gently to avoid floor scratches and return them to their original positions before check-out.
Check-Out: Check-out is at 12 pm unless previously arranged.

A Note on Noise: As this is a basement apartment, you may hear some activity from my family upstairs. We are a small household, with a toddler who attends school five days a week and participates in various afternoon activities. She generally keeps a quiet routine and goes to bed early, ensuring peaceful nights.

Additional Guidelines At the property, you will find details on laundry times, trash disposal, and other guidelines to help maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Additional overnight guests are permitted up to 4 times per month. Visits need to be communicated to the landlord so that proper extra fees can be arranged ahead of time. Two nights are included for one guest, at no extra charge, fees will apply after the 2nd night. -  For a second or third guest, a fee of $30 dollars per day, per guest, will apply.
