Hello there! We have a room available for rent starting February 1st, with a possible mid- January move-in. This room shares a bathroom and is part of a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom setup. Our housemates are a group of working professionals ranging in age from mid-20's to mid-60's, maintaining a respectful and friendly atmosphere. While we each lead separate lives, we're always happy to engage in conversation and occasionally come together to play board games, cards, or watch TV. We evenly split responsibilities such as cleaning and the cost of home essentials like cleaning supplies.

If you have a car, parking won't be an issue as our driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars with street parking also available.

The location is conveniently situated in the heart of Clarendon / Courthouse, with the house being a 7-minute walk from the Courthouse metro and a 10-minute walk from the Clarendon metro. A Whole Foods is just a 3-minute walk away, and Trader Joe's is a 9-minute walk away. Countless restaurants and other shopping can be walked to within 15 minutes. CVS, post office, and more are nearby. A big back yard is available for lounging and play.
