Queen Bedroom with large closet, private bathroom, quiet area, close to highway/stores/restaurants, 15 minutes from downtown.  I just discovered Cirtru, but I have multiple 5-star reviews on other rental sites that I can share with you. Discounted rent available for longer-term stays if you will assist with occasional pet sitting. 

Area: Nice, quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with minimal traffic and friendly neighbors. Several hospitals and medical centers are nearby, including MountainView Hospital, Centennial Hills Hospital, Valley Hospital, University Medical Center (UMC), Summerlin Hospital, and North Vista Hospital. Nellis Air Force Base is about 25 minutes away. Downtown Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Strip are just a 15-20 minute drive or a $20 Uber ride.

Kick back and relax in this quiet modern space. Whether you are a traveling nurse, military, relocating to Las Vegas, rock climbing/hiking, or just visiting for a bit, this is the perfect location and place to stay in, and chill out like you are at your own home, especially over the hot spring/summer months.

Enjoy the large, quiet yard with a pool, lots of floats, covered patio, lounge chairs, fire pit, BBQ and more. Inside, you’ll find TV, music, games, instruments, records and other entertainment.

I live in the house and will be at the house on and off. I work from home and run my own business. Depending on the month, my schedule and how much I'm working might vary. There’s currently only one room available for someone to stay in.

I'm open to short and long term stays (please inquire). Utilities included.  I also can provide you with towels, wash clothes, sheets, pillows, etc.  I’m open to renting to couples at an increased cost and for a limited amount of time (1 month max, typically).

I want every guest to feel at home and enjoy their stay here. These house rules are in place to help keep the space comfortable, safe, and running smoothly for everyone. I’ve put a lot of care into creating a peaceful, clean, and well-maintained home, and these guidelines help ensure that the experience stays positive for all guests (and for me, too). It’s also the place I live, work and sleep most of the time.  Thanks for respecting the space and helping make it a great place to stay!

Shared Spaces: Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen, living room, and common areas. Do not leave personal items in common areas. Designated kitchen space will be available to store your own food and you are welcome to use condiments, pantry items, spices etc as needed.

Temperature & Energy Use: Please keep doors and windows closed during extreme temperatures to avoid straining the HVAC system. Turn off fans, bathroom fans, and lights when leaving the room or house.

TV & Streaming: Reasonable volumes and during reasonable hours. A television is available for the room if needed. I provide access to many streaming services; feel free to log into your own accounts as well.

Security: You will receive a front door code. Do not share this code with anyone. Please lock all doors when you leave the property.

Pet Considerations: There is a very sweet and friendly senior dog in the home who may be startled by loud noises. Please be mindful of noise levels and avoid slamming doors or sudden loud sounds.

Kitchen Use: Clean dishes after use and wipe down counters and stovetops. Do not leave food out or spillages uncleaned, as this can attract pests.

Plumbing Care: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Please keep drains clear of food, hair, or other debris. Notify me if you notice any clogs or plumbing issues.

Smoking: No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in the back yard.

Guests & Visitors: No unregistered guests are allowed without prior approval.  Yes, you can have an overnight guest or a friend come hang out, please just give me a heads up. No parties or events.

Parking: Street parking only. Please do not park in the driveway or garage. There is ample street parking available right in front of the house.
