About this home

This house is in South Hill Virginia in an upper scale quiet neighborhood.  Property is a half acre it's five bedrooms and three and a half baths with 3 professional and one student roommates.  I do not live on the property but I do own the house. I moved from there for work last year but I'm available with via phone or email at all times.
The room is $700 a month and that includes all utilities, there is no lease just a two week notice before vacating and the deposit of $300 is refundable as long as the room is clean and there's no damages.
