This property is designed for individual room rentals, offering a private living space while sharing well-maintained common areas with fellow residents. As a guest, you’ll have access to all shared amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, two shared bathrooms, and an on-site washer and dryer for your convenience. Utilities are included, so you can settle in without worrying about extra monthly costs. We strive to maintain a clean, respectful, and peaceful environment where everyone can feel at home. We're glad to have you and hope you enjoy your time here! 2.House Layout This is a four-bedroom shared home designed for individual room rentals, offering a balance of private space and comfortable shared living areas. All accessible living spaces are located on the main level of the home, including four private bedrooms, a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two shared bathrooms. This setup makes day-to-day living convenient and easy to navigate. The partial basement houses the shared laundry area, where residents have access to a washer and dryer. This layout is ideal for renters looking for a quiet, organized living environment with private rooms and well-maintained shared amenities. 3. Household supplies First Aid Kit, Emergency Batteries, Trash bags, cleaning supplies, condiments 4. Are there any rules related to guests? Each bedroom is limited to one guest only. For the comfort, safety, and privacy of all residents, visitors are not permitted without prior notification and approval from the host. Thank you for helping maintain a respectful shared living environment. 5. Kitchen Tenants have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen designed for everyday cooking and convenience. The space includes all necessary cookware, utensils, and dishware, along with modern appliances to support meal prep, cooking, and storage. A dishwasher and garbage disposal are available to make cleanup easy, and the kitchen setup is suitable for both quick meals and regular home cooking. Tenants are expected to use the kitchen respectfully and leave the space clean after each use to ensure a pleasant, shared environment. 6. Appliances The shared washer and dryer are in the basement and are available for tenant use. The homes thermostat is in the hallway and should be kept between 68 - 70° F to ensure comfort for everyone. Please be mindful of shared use at all times. 7. Garbage Trash and recycling bins are located on the side of the home. The grey bin is for garbage, and the blue bin is for recycling. Garbage is collected weekly, and recycling is biweekly. Bins are to be placed at the street on Tuesday nights for early Wednesday morning pickup. Please ensure all items are sorted correctly and placed inside the appropriate bin to help keep the property clean and organized. 8. Parking Parking is available either on the street or in the driveway. To help monitor parking around the property and ensure everyone’s safety, tenants are asked to provide the make, model, and license plate number of their vehicle. Please notify the host if your vehicle information changes. 9. Security The property resides in a very safe, quiet neighborhood with watchful neighbors and is equipped with four exterior security cameras. 10.
