Hello! I am looking for a potential female roommate to move in March 1st. In a 1,237 sq. ft. 2-bedroom apartment, I have an available master bedroom with its own bathroom. The apartment is in downtown Atlanta, near the Beltline, Krog Street Market, and directly across the street from the Marta Station. The apartment is about 6 minutes away from the Morehouse School of Medicine, Clark Atlanta University, and Spelman campuses, 1 minute away from Georgia State University's campus and Grady Hospital, 8 minutes away from Georgia Tech's Campus, and 15 minutes away from Emory University's campus. This apartment is fully furnished. Each roommate would be responsible for half of the rent and utilities (1089$/per person a month *including utilities).
