My roommate and I are seeking a third roommate for our apartment in a quiet Valley Village neighborhood near the NoHo/Studio City area. The rent is $1,100.00 per month, and the apartment is very spacious. Desire a mature roommate, clean, considerate, and employed. We are working professionals and work from home and on location, depending on our schedule. We share weekly cleaning duties. The lease is for a period of up to one year and can be extended if mutually agreed upon.

The common areas comes fully furnished with a TV and other household appliances.

The utilities are included except for electricity. The deposit is $1000.00, and $40 application fee for background and credit checks. Please have a credit score of at least 650.
