Room for rent in my rowhouse in Remington! The room gets great light and is roughly 12x12' with a an attached closet and a private bath. The room is on the second floor and that entire floor would be yours, with my room & bathroom on the third floor. 

I'm looking for someone 20s/30s who prefers a clean space, is communicative, and upbeat. About me: I'm 24, work in restaurant management, and generally work long hours so the house would be empty most of the time. I own the house, and have lived here on and off for 5 years with various roommates/tenants. I'm looking for someone who is a good fit, so please reach out with a little bit of information about yourself: what you do, how you generally spend your time, etc.

More on the house: There is an outdoor area with a deck and grass, a shared basement space, and a brand new upgraded kitchen. Parking is street parking but easier than it may seem on Remington Ave, especially off-peak hours/overnight.
