The Heritage House is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in a wonderful Historic District in downtown Dayton with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. The main level is completely open-concept leading from front door through the living room, dining room, into the kitchen/seating area.  The kitchen is fully-stocked with all the cookware and dishes you could possibly need.  There is a private 1st-floor master suite with a full bathroom and laundry room attached.  On the second level of the home, there are three bedrooms and another full bathroom attached to the Queen bedroom. The third and fourth bedroom are joined (with separate doors for privacy) and are perfect for guests with children that they want to be close to, but still have their own space! We even included extremely large and comfortable bean bags. There is plenty of space for everyone while staying! The 2 full-bathrooms that are connected to bedrooms are absolutely STUNNING!  The open-concept kitchen/dining room is fantastic for hosting and entertaining guests.  There is a garage out back for parking, and also street parking.  All utilities and internet paid by Owner.
