We have one private bedroom available in our modern townhome in Shoreline. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on what you need, and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with two roommates. Common areas are fully furnished, and the home features a great rooftop deck to relax and enjoy the views. This is a great fit for a working professional or student looking for a quiet, comfortable home with an easy commute and excellent nearby amenities.

Our townhome is bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed. It has plenty of natural light with large windows throughout, air conditioning in the main living area and heating in all rooms, and an entire level of spacious open-concept living and dining space with hardwood-style engineered wood flooring. The modern kitchen includes a large island, stainless steel appliances (Bosch refrigerator, built-in Whirlpool dishwasher and microwave), a pantry, and a gas stove—great for cooking and shared meals. There is also plenty of outdoor space, including a shared landscaped courtyard, patio, and the large rooftop deck. You’ll have access to a laundry room with an LG washer and dryer, plus a linen closet. Free street parking is plentiful.

Our home is walking distance to the Shoreline light rail, about 15 minutes to Downtown Seattle and South Lake Union, and less than 10 minutes from great grocery stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Town & Country, and Costco.

We’re a quiet, respectful house and we currently have two friendly Ragdoll cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with cats. Small dogs and additional cats are welcome with approval.

Rent is $850 per month plus shared utilities. A security deposit is required, and a 6–12 month lease is preferred (month-to-month may be considered).

We’re ideally looking for someone who is clean, respectful, communicative, and easy to live with — someone who comes for the room and stays for the people.
