I am looking for a roommate for a 900sqft 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at the Promenade in Mission Valley. Close to freeways 8, 15, and 163. The room is a large 11ftx12ft bedroom with a closet with mirror sliding doors and sliding doors to the balcony. Lots of natural light. Full bathroom right outside the room which I will not use, given that my master bedroom has its own full bathroom. The apartment has essential furniture and is not cluttered. Does not have a dining table set, but the bar has two stools. You may use the dishes here but please wash promptly after use. You can use all small appliances like blender, coffee pot etc. Plenty of kitchen cabinet space. Apartment has in unit washer and dryer, AC, and heater. We will split water and electricity bill. Has fast 500mb/s internet and TV with many subscriptions (Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime etc…) No smoking or pets in the apt. You will have to sign the co-lease that ends in June 30th. I would like to stay here longer if you’d want to as well. 

The apartment is on the second floor and you will have an unassigned parking spot in the parking garage below. Elevator is very close to the apt and leads right to the parking. The complex has 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, game room, conference room, gym, Amazon locker, beautiful walking area with a huge fountain, close to the trolley, mini market, restaurants, a barber and other practical businesses. 

I am a 31 year old professional. I usually work 8-4, some days I work from home, and I sometimes travel for a week or two for work. I am down to earth and like to stay active. I like to go out on hikes, jogging, play volleyball, soccer, I have friends over for game night or just to visit once in a while. I don’t throw big parties, but I am open to you hosting your own if you let me know in advance. I’m very flexible with most things so just be considerate and all will be fine.
