This private, 2 bedroom apartment is attached to our house. It has great sound insulation from the main house. Similar setup to a side-by-side duplex, with an always locked (from both sides) adjoining door. However, you have your own private entrance and total privacy as there are no shared spaces. It has neutral decor, and is cozy and comfortable. We offer a kitchenette (all kitchen amenities minus an oven, but we have countertop burners & appliances to make up for it). Your own washer/dryer stocked with supplies and private full bath with rainfall shower head and HUGE tub! We also offer Hulu, HBO&WIFI. There are two driveway spots that are designated for your unit. We are a 2 minute walk from Cleveland Metroparks and 10-25 minutes from all major Cleveland  hospitals, Hopkins Airport, and NASA. Baldwin Wallace is 1 mile from the house and Oberlin College is 30 minutes. There is no indoor smoking, but you are free to smoke outside. We don’t allow cats or dogs in the unit.
