Lease takeover green lake!! 

Looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1bed 1 bath apartment in green lake neighborhood starting in Feb -- lease is through October 2026. monthly rent is $1750 not including utilities. Comes out to about $1900 monthly with utilities. I really like this apartment as it’s only 3 min from the lake, 2 min walk from bus lines (45&62) and 10 min walk from roosevelt light rail (really easy to get to uw). It would be rented as is (no major work would be done, although I’d be happy to get it cleaned prior to someone else moving in). This would be an unfurnished rental. Pets are allowed with approval from property management + associated fees (unless ESA).
